a flag based on the current flag white nackground, yellow Island flag, replace the green olive branck with two black linesw representing the trnc's flag with the semi moon on the left side of the two lines

if anyone can draw it I would like to see it

I'm quite surprised and disappointed you're suggesting that people deface the flag of our country…

Sorry Humanist but I can't endorse any changes to our flag which represent an adoption of the Turkish invasion and gives it accreditation. Those stripes would be a constant reminder of our being bound to the Turks.

If the Turks truly had reason to complain that the TCs were being treated so unfairly, which they were not, they would have achieved this aim before, not mis-used our vulnerability defending ourselves against a coup to destroy us forever.

We are culpable to this Turkish crime if we do not do our utmost to restore Cyprus to the rightful path with as little adoption of the Turkishness forced upon us, as possible.

I have our country's flag encased in a glas s case and I love it too
but can you really think sthe fascists Turks will agree to the current flag?

I personally couldn’t care less what Turks agree to... I wouldn't even bother to ask for their opinion. The flag of Cyprus is GENUINE, RECOGNISED, and BEAUTIFUL…

…and that’s all that matters.

actually i agree with your and you have inspired my committment to cyprus ...... you are right who cares what they want there is a cyprus that is recognised and accepts them if the fascist wankers want to separate themselves then they can face the consequences of their racist actions

Keep your flag...It has nothing to do with us........You do not need to accommodate anyone .....Cyprus has twopeople and we are living apart and if this is the attitude of you all then that is the way it will stay.....I kind of like it that way anyway.........Makes more sense than the murderous ideas you have planned for us...

Now that you’ve worked out the “nationalistic” side of things… flag included… you should also start giving your people some answers to their REAL everyday problems such as employment, housing, healthcare, education, standard of living, etc.

What are the answers you have for them if “partition” is the way forward?
