That's rather bitter, Viewpoint... especially since the RoCy flag was designed by a Turkish Cypriot and designed deliberately to be neutral. Still, I can see your point. A design that has been 'hijacked' and misused can end up being more trouble than it is worth, like the Confederate flag in the United States. Now whether the RoCy flag has been miused is open to intepretation, but if reconciliation is made, perhaps a new flag to reflect a new common will should be considered.
It was in the Annan Plan and should be again.....
