That is a very astute question because according to the TRNC constitution all GC owned land was nationalised. So who are these people who are selling this land to foreigners, and how did they get it?

There are about 5,000 British citizens in the north, not counting British TC's, which may be in the thousands, which some has also bought stolen GC properties, the Morally Corrupted. You will find, that the "trnc" likes to brag that there are 10,000 British living in the north, but this also includes British TC's. It is a good PR propaganda to lure more Brits to come and corrupt themselves by buying more stolen GC properties, and eventually lose their investments when a settlement comes along. But since Britain has signed the memorandum with the RoC for keeping the island intact and that they will not recognise the north, the "trnc" has turned on the Brits, atleast according to "roseandchan".

The Brits are beginning to find out, that their acceptance to become Morally Corrupted to help the "trnc" in the PR propaganda has outlived it's usefulness, and now have become expendable themselves..

It may only a 'rough' guide but have a look on property websites aimed at Brits selling homes in the 'trnc'

have a look at the type of deed they are offering and see how many (few) are advertised has having pre 1974 deeds!
