President and Vice President of the forum

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby DT. » Wed Sep 24, 2008 1:34 pm

Its a bloody forum, he'll be absent a lot.

VP 2nd, however ombudsman should remain 51% poll. Same danger of ombudsman being in cahoots with presidente.

2. I think the vice-president should be selected by the president himself.

Replacement of President: 51% successful challenge via a poll.

???

OK, how about the 2nd most popular becomes ombudsman and the VP gets chosen by the President.

I think it would be a mistake to let the elected President choose the VP since he would most likely choose a friend/ally similar to himself .... e.g. if Zan was elected he would choose Viewpoint perhaps .... and then we will end up akin to a dictatorship of generals....

The one with the second highest votes should be VP; and the third highest, the ombudsman ....

(Not that I care .... 8) )

So what? He just FILLS IN for the president in his absence. But I'm happy with the 1,2,3 count too... over to you lot.

In reality the President and VP would discuss difficult decisions... if they both thought the same way, that would be rather limiting ....

But, hey ho! 8)

This is more trouble than it's worth. Do you guys really think this will work? I don't.

It's only a matter of time before the leaders are chastised and chased away from the forum...........by me! 8)
