With reunification a possibility and talking about free movement,i am interested to know your feelings on this.
If and when you get your properties and land back will you up sticks and live in it? sell it? use it for future investment? Just want compensation?

Where to go - The people asked the Hodja, “Dear Hodja, tell us, where should we go in a funeral procession, in front, at the back, or at the side?” The Hodja answered, “It doesn't matter where you go, as long as you don't go in the coffin.”

If everything went on swell like many GC's here mention, I'd like to live in my mothers village of Episkobi ( Piskobu aka Yalova).

I think I pointed out some of the difficulties of mixed villages. All TCs watch Turkish TV now days and in the old days for that matter. How will they feel comfortable watching these stations with Cyprus climate being as it is with windows wide open. I live in a predominantly white area and feel that I can't even play my reggae music let alone Turkish music, louder than a whisper.

maybe cyprus will need an upgrade of its tv system. programs shown in both greek and turkish languages. us brits would like some subtitles though if that is possible! ban surround sound systems might be another answer.
so your a bob marley fan? just turn it up, sod the neighbours.

It all depends if the GC refugees in my ancestral home wish to leave their home of 34 years. Then their are the increasing number of heirs to inherit the properties mentioned. More than half the buildings have long disappeared, only the newer stone buildings are used for habitation. The garage and stable and the laege wedding room (Kemerli Oda) are all gone.
I think the only option in most cases like ours is to sell up.(last resort).

Thinking!!! :?: :?: :?:
