This is why a solution should be a real solution that would actually solve the problems. If a true solution is reached then there will be no problems any more and therefore no need for ECHR.

If however we agree to something which is not the solution just because that somehting is the only currently available alternative, then we will end up with somehting worst than what we have now. If we agree for somehting like the Annan plan for example, not only the Turks will achieve the partition they wanted, but Turkey will be totally off the hook and they will not have to pay a cent.

And when those refugees will not get their properties back and they will not get any compensations, who are they going to sue? Who is going to be responsible?

Allowing Turkey to get off the hook without first returning our own lands under our own control would be the biggest mistake ever.

If they follow your stupid ideas then I will be the first to take the "RoC" and Greece to court for my losses.......

Zan ... you have no losses ... the mere fact any of your people are still on Cyprus is a plus for your people ... let alone in illegal possession of nearly half our Island!

So which part of you is saying that...The one little bit from Cyprus or the large part from Greece...You shouldn't even be on this Forum Oracle...You were ousted (Supposedly) in 1974 by the GCs...

What utter crap to cover up the fact that you, 100% do not belong on Cyprus, and not 1% of Cyprus, should be occupied by you and your barbaric invader kin.

Well A pure Greek would say that wouldn't she......Get off my island Greek

If I was pure Greek, I would still have 100% right to be here ... Where do you come from with a father from Anatolia, and living in the UK to tell me Cyprus is your Island when the UN, EU and every other organisation is telling you to remove your invading brethren from these shores?

I think your GC cousins would have something to say about that...Get off my island Greek....

My GC cousins are not partial to Anatolian Turks such as you Zan ... you have been hiding long enough! And nor is the EU or UN ... you are outnumbered London/Anatolian boy! ... no earthly reason to call yourself a Cypriot ...

Your Greek leaders have said they have no desires on my island so you can go back to Greece and GET OFF MY ISLAND GREEK!!!!

And where do you belong to Zan??

A fortnights holiday in the sun and you know it all!!

Where were you in the 70s??

I know you are only a couple of years younger than me yet I was there.

Yes, we know why your family left... but how come its took you so long to go back when you could have done it many..many years ago. And please dont give me the old chestnut about the best for the family etc etc etc.

It must be very hard for you to post with such hatred without actually experiencing the reality of the situation

This island , in case you have not noticed , is and has been called Cyprus for many generations in fact for centuries . This island that you , whose motherland is Turkey according to you , IS MY MOTHERLAND AND THAT OF ALL TRUE CYPRIOTS WHO LOVE CYPRUS AND CONSIDER CYPRUS AS THEIR MOTHERLAND.
Those who share your views have no right what so ever to call one inch of Cyprus as their island , what a bloody cheek you have mate , you want your cake and you want to eat it too , you Plonker !
