Can someone please tell me how to convert the temperature settings into °F or °C from settings found in the UK on Gas Ovens, where the settings go from 1-9.

For example, how hot is setting 9 and 4 translated into Fahrenheit to Celsius.

I needs this info right now please, before noon today.

Thanks

Welcome back GR.!

The biggest Leg of Lamb one can buy here in switzerland seems to be around 2 1/2 Kg, so I don't think I can invite too many guests.

Sorry guys.

But I tell you what. I'll be thinking each and every one of you as if you were all here sitting with us at the dining table as we devour the "melt in your mouth" tender lamb. That's the best I can do for you all.!

Happy now.!

Sweet Kafenes ... would you post your recipe, as that is my all time (since childhood) favourite and my mother is too (selectively) senile to tell me her recipe! :D

Oracle, I will get the recipe from mum when I see her tomorrow.

Zan, sorry no pics, ate the last one. You might know it as Shamali (semolina cake with syrup).
