it a shame for football, and for cyprus internationally as there are some good players here in the north. i think they usually end up playing in turkey instead.

Oh please… if anything it saves them from being disgraced with loses like 10-0 against countries like Luxembourg and Malta!

do the maltese play football? my sister in law lives there,i will ask her what she thinks! i just remember malta being full of fat kids scoffing sweets last time i went. not a fit footballer in sight.

I wouldn't bother. GR is just being bloody minded......There can be no comparisons about what the TRNC would be capable of if it were allowed to participate and grow like other football teams...Like DT said a while back...It will take time for them to get up to speed.

CFA is the Football Federation of the whole Cyprus. If you want to play football in Cyprus you have to play under CFA. Imagine if every tiny minority in every country wanted to have its own national team!!! Here we are talking about National teams and in Cyprus there is one Nation! What FIFA is telling you is this THERE IS NO FUCKING "TRNC" YOU THIEVING TURKS. REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS IS THE ONLY COUNTRY IN CYPRUS.

The best fit I can give it is, Turks, Raped/Ransacked/Robbed/Raided/Retain Northern Cyprus.

Oh and whilst we are at it, can someone also tell me where on the planet you might find a TC, I have been advised that they are extinct now. I understand they were infected by some bacteria from Turkey which made them disappear. never mind, one less thing to worry about.

I guess we will only have the RoC team playing now.
