i will probably be deported deniz. speaking out of turn again. they may be able to brain wash some people but i grew up in a democracy. my union flag has already caused a problem this week ,so hubby's name went in the policemans book again.

truth is that all they want is the eu money. but don't want the rest of the things which go with it.

as an eu citizen living in the north, things get harder daily. the new rules that uni educated expats now cannot work here!
sometimes i feel sorry for them, but the truth is that they need to stand up to their goverment and be serious about what it is they want.
i know so many good tc's, i love where i live, and don't ever regret coming here.
but i do find it hard becoming a third class citizen. how can they ever have eu principles when the goverment is so racist?

Actually, at least 50% of them go back to the GC's homes in the "trnc".!!

I would have thought that a solution would be good news for all Cypriots. The only ones who would not find it good news would be the Anatolian settlers...

Can I ask you a question, Militades? Under the constitution of 1960, Greek and Turkish Cypriots have the right to celebrate Turkish and Greek holidays, and to display their national flags. Do you think that this should be dropped? After all, Cyprus should be neither Turk or Greek (or British for that matter...)
