It is obvious from the very low volume of posts between 14:00 and 15:00 that the majority of forum members are Government employees (both real and psuedo)!!!!!
Obviously the reason why they all have so much spare time during hours at work (I was going to say working hours, but that would be very misleading!).
Please discuss.
