Hypothetical scenario about ECHR

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

If ECHR accepts property commision what would GCs do?

Accept the decision as legal and go and apply to property commission.

magik, UN used to recognise Taiwan as the sole representative of China until 70s. Taiwan was even one of the 5 permanent members of the Security Council. All of a sudden, Taiwan was declared illegal and People's Republic of China was announced as the only representative of the Chinese mainland and Taiwan was recognised as part of China. How faith do you have towards UN and its resolutions??

As much faith as I have in this Genocide Files book. i was referring to the UN resolutions merely for VP's leisure reading.

also, don't forget that Turkey is and won't be anytime soon a member of the Security Council. neither is pakistan or jordan for that matter.

How do you reckon that?

The Genocide Files was of course refering to one side of the story. I also have that book and it talks only about the Greek Cypriot atrocities. And still I couldn't understand how you established a link between this book and UN resolutions.
