Hypothetical scenario about ECHR

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

If ECHR accepts property commision what would GCs do?

Accept the decision as legal and go and apply to property commission.

Try KibrEos/ KibrEyi in Turkish with accent on E, and you are exactly in (use your i with a DOT on, NOT the other one)

This poll is moronic.

Both questions just highlight Turkcyp's ongoing attempt to trivialize ethnic cleansing in this forum.

The second question is just over the line in terms of disrespect. A unilaterally established "commission" whose sole purpose is to attempt to legalize ethnic cleansing can never be endorsed by a human rights court such as the ECHR.

This crap comes from the same bloke who in recent posts has been saying:

Yeah its probably true to say that the occupation of GC homes is illegal but the illegal occupants have" improved" these homes so bad luck-the Ethnic cleansing cannot now be remedied.

In my visits to the occupied areas all I could see was that all GC properties required repair/detonation. The commission does will not award remedies such as "Moral damages", for the infringing of human rights, which accounted for 250,000 euros in the judgement in Loizidou.

This bogus commission cannot address or remedy ethnic cleansing. All it is able to do is to give a token amount in purportion of extinguishing the legal rights of refugees.
