Can we have a precis of what the man said? And when he said it? Because I find no record of a visit by a Greek warhip in Limassol recently.

Good point. I have a splendid panoramic view of the ships entering and leaving Limassol harbour from where I live. I have never seen warships entering and certainly not recently. Can we have a date on which this was supposed to have happened and confirmation as to whether the main commercial harbour is meant?

I thought that was the rule here as well ice man but others have posted Greek articles here in the past and have provided no translation so it seems it CAN be done.

I call it garbage cos living in Cyprus we get to hear similar statements from Turkish Army/Navy on every national day ceremony....whats so special about this one?

It's Greek and if we are to believe people here then the Greeks do not do this sort of thing.......
