I do not know if there is/are lists but I know of:

Cyprus War Veteran's Assocaition, of which Michael Leptos is the Head.

There is also a home for children with special needs in Geriskipou - but such homes and 'orphanages' tend to have a low profile here as people prefer to think they do not exist in Cyprus. They therefore need some seeking out.

In Paphos, there is the charity for the locally run Hospice and there are various charities all over the island for rescued dogs/horses/donkeys etc.
