Just found this on Monarch's website.

I'm just trying to pack 15 packs of vertical blinds to take to Cyprus so was scanning the airlines site.

if you're getting married abroad, is there anywhere to hang your wedding dress in the cabin?
Unfortunately we do not have any facility on-board our aircraft to hang wedding dresses. These should be either packed within the dimensions of hand baggage to be carried on-board, or packed for carriage in the hold. There is no additional baggage allowance given for wedding attire.
