Hi ya,

Does anyone have any idea when they are going to start building work at Coral Bay to build the Marina. Also any clues what is going to be there? I have heard about underwater resteraunts and museums ... sounds a bit grand to me?!!

Vapourware, used over the last few years by the developers to hike up prices of properties nearby!

Maybe one day, but a 1000 berth marina!!!! A hotel set in the sea a la the Burg el Arab? Come on, the bars in the Coral Bay strip are not that good!*
