Our towns and villages do not fall under your will.

You are talking about another matter you cannot force us against our will and the world supports this fact thats why this "just another minority" is negotiating a BBF with political equality.

As for your towns and villages they are not just yours, they also belong to us.

What the world recognizes is that you are barbarians with big guns that show no respect to UN resolutions that demand the respect of the sovereignty of Republic of Cyprus, and that we will therefore have to make compromises to you (or so they think, but it is always entirely up to us if we will choose to do so. Nobody obligates us).

Our towns and villages belong to us 5 times more. How can demand to rule Kerynia for example? Based on what? (other than the fact that you are barbarians with big guns)

Turkey can be pressured in so many other ways to pull out of Cyprus but hey no one gives a shit about your plight, they have told you to negotiate and the basis is BBF with politicla equality, feel free to reject it yet again or pull out of the meetings at anytime.

Is about time for someone to stop the nationalist fairytales that has been taught for years in our school and they have created a fanatic mentality, that makes young people unable to discuss or judge something, or even hear the opposite opinion. They cant accept anything different and instead of discussing they attack the speaker. Is about time to open our eyes and but hatred and nationalism away.

There are many things that were never mentioned in our history and only one side of the story is being told. The facts are there and if someone wants to learn the truth he just have to search a bit.

Thats why most of u guys act like crazy if u hear something different. History is there and one way or the other it will reveal itself.

Could you (or anyone else) please post an example of the text or curriculum that is taught in schools that is so offensive or 'nationalistic'?

Statement 5: The Turkish military set up a perimeter line in Cyprus which still exists to this day. There is evidence to prove this. (present Evidence A/B/C)

The Turkish military and government justified their actions with arguments A/B/C. The evidence which supports their arguments is X/Y/Z. The Republic of Cyprus refuted these claims with arguments A/B/C. The evidence that supports their arguments is X/Y/Z.

Present the evidence and let people decide if it was an intervention, a peace operation or an invasion.

Fact: all Cypriots were happy that help was forthcoming Internationally, and that Turkey, as a Guarantor could act to restore our State, as a result of a coup.

Fact: no Cypriot uprising followed to support the coupists or their platform.

Fact: the intervention which was legal, became an illegal occupation, planned by an Army whose brutal acts were not unlike those of the Grecophone extremists who foisted on Cypriots of Turcophone origin the same kind of terror, ten years earlier. They are condemed Internationally in isolation, leaving as its victims the displaced (both Turkish and Greek), as a significant portion of a population whose Heritance was wrongfully taken, and in the Turkish Cypriot context, without an ability to sustain themselves other than as a minority, to serve Turkish interests instead, as a whole, with the influx of Settlers.

A 'legal intervention' that included the perpetration of some of the most disgusting things human beings are capable of doing to each other. They didn't just come over and sort out the fighting. They destroyed villages, raped women and girls, murdered people and forced hundreds of thousands of people into exile in their own country. FACT.

They live in 'isolation' now because that is what they choose. Nobody stops them going to live in the RoC if they choose, and nobody stops them from working there. FACT.

Their friends/brothers the Turks brought the 'settlers', they should ask Mama Tourkiye to get rid of them if they dont like them. FACT.

It will be a good thing when these history books get re-drafted and we start thinking like our more progressive tc compatriots. Like this Bananiot cheerleader for example.
