This is just further proof of how sick the yanks actually are. And it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the idiot american people evn veoted in such a person. These people have been let out of an asylum, seems someone has left the doors unlocked.

And you go on about suicide bombers, Phuck, these are the real terrorists, just listen to her, next the little voice will be telling the sick bitch to press the button and we can all kiss our arses good bye.

You should be more afraid of the Yanks with nuclear weapons and people like this in charge than Iran. God help us!

"Our national leaders are sending them out [troops to Iraq] on a task that is from God," she said. "That's what we have to make sure that we're praying for, that there is a plan and that plan is God's plan."

"God's will has to be done in unifying people and companies to get that gas line built, so pray for that,"

"I can do my job there in developing our natural resources and doing things like getting the roads paved and making sure our troopers have their cop cars and their uniforms and their guns, and making sure our public schools are funded," she added. "But really all of that stuff doesn't do any good if the people of Alaska's heart isn't right with God."

I didn't say I agreed with her, it was just a 'tour de force' speech.

Obama comes across as a Messiah and I think he actually believes he is.

It was refreshing to see someone who is as far removed from the norm of politician as you could possibly get.

Go Sarah!

Not only is Palin ""as far removed from the norm of politician as you could possibly get."" but also far far removed from reality. McCain and his advisers must have been praying while reading chapters from Exodus "Let my people go " when they decided to appoint this woman as their VP candidate.
I hope for Americas sake the Democrats win and Barak becomes the new President. It appears to me that "God" and the usual nonsense associated with" black magic " have influenced the selection process . Regardless what political commentators make of Palin , she is an utterly inexperienced mother of 5 whould should never have been considered let alone be appointed as one that might , if McCain wins , become the President of the US with one hand on the Bible and the other on her lipstick.

In a much earlier post I predicted a massive win by McCain , obtaining much more than the 270 electoral votes required to win , with even California , (recent polling shows an increase in the support of the Republicans from around 30% in Mid July to 39% Mid August ) and Pennsylvania , going his way , both traditionally safe Democrat states , but now with Palin and the hand of "God" who knows !

This whole Palin thing is apalling and offensive to womanhood. God, country, family: McCain, Palin, and their republican party are a bunch of hypocrites. How can this women throw her family "under the bus" for her political aspirations? It's completely irresponsible of her to bring into this world yet a fifth child, let alone one who needs the patience and love required of Down Syndrome, while she's off pursuing her flights of fancy. This is not the individual I want calling the shots should McCain "kick the bucket" in office.

P, to be objective and judge wisely a situation you must first disangage your self from your own prejudices, in your case your immense hatred of the USA.
My comments are critical of the choice made by McCain and are based entirely on the credentials of Palin , the American people are not idiots , don't forget that the vast majority of Americans are either European or from other parts of the world.
I still think that McCain will take more than the 270 EVs required I predict just over 300 , although I would much prefer Obama as the next USA President but he is up against the old race card I'm afraid .

Filitsa whilst I do not support any of Palin's procreations/politics/religious aspirations ... I find your comments regarding her choice to pursuing a life outside her family obligations, deeply offensive for women!

Presumably those 5 children have a father(s) who could share the responsibility of love and nurturing .....

( .... speaking as someone who has chosen to give up 15 years of specialist training and research to raise my child myself; I nevertheless support those women who otherwise choose to pursue "flights of fancy" or careers, in a man's world).

Good for your child!

Why how politically correct of you!

You go right ahead and be offended Oracle 'cause you're a "big girl" who should be able to handle it. But what of Palin's children? Perhaps you can tell me, how does a mother climb the ranks of politics and give her five young children the attention they deserve? Her husband's a commercial fisherman. Now there's a nine to five job! Like her, he's certainly not tucking the kiddies into bed every night. And why is the daughter pregnant at the tender age of seventeen? Surely not soley due to raging hormones. Ya think she's feeling a bit neglected? Perhaps a lack of parental supervision? Maybe a little self-esteem issue going on while mommy continues to bolster her own? Yup, "pro-life." What about "absent mother"?

This is undoubtedly a woman who has chosen to abdicate her responsibilities to her family. Only she does it in a "white collar" way disingeuously invoking "God and country," thereby seemingly making it all okay. This is bullshit. She will impact the quality of life in America more constructively by giving her family the attention it deserves than by serving as our vice president.

Now tell me, why did you choose to sacrifice 15 years of career time for your child?

Well the US, unlike Pakistan, will not have a new President who has spent 11 years in jail for corruption and murder.
