Requirements:
- solid knowledge of LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
- solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX)
- solid knowledge of W3C standards and cross-browser compatibility
- experience with software development tools (version control, bug tracking, testing, documentation, etc)

Considered as advantage:
- knowledge of Drupal or any other open source content management systems.
- knowledge of CakePHP or any other open source webdev framework
- knowledge of other (then PHP) programming languages
- knowledge of other (then English) languages
