Standing in Turkey's way

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I wonder why Oracle and her little side kick keep trying to vilify all foreign residents of the north of the island with the assertion that they live in GC property. According to RoC Land Registry records Turkish Cypriots have legal title to 16.7% of privately owned property in Cyprus. There is Turkish Cypriot owned property in both parts of the island. One cannot automatically assume that a foreigner has acquired GC owned property simply because of where they live.

You would think that one who tries to attach respectability to their hate peddling with occasional references to a supposed glorious career in science would bother to check their facts a little.

tess did not read my comment correctly ....

.... she and the other Brits living in GC owned homes ....

... she chose to associate herself with the "Brits living in GC owned homes". Not my problem if she feels guilty

Your attempts at getting out of this O, is simply farcical.  Putting 'she and 'other brits' in that sentence is you putting her in the same boat as those who are living on GC properties.

More damage limitation (attempts at) but failing again.

Sorry, but "she" is a pronoun and is used to refer to a noun which has been previously mentioned, in order to avoid repetition of that noun. In the sentence beginning:

"I think tess is worried that if the UK leaves the EU ... she and the other Brits living in GC owned homes ..."

it is clear that the referent of the pronoun "she" is Tess, so we have an unambiguous statement that Tess is living in a GC owned home.

Yet again, you have jumped in and without checking things properly made a comment of assinine stupidity. Then, instead of acknowledging this, you stick by your guns and try to defend the undefendable.

Not what one would expect of a great scientist. I wonder if, like the claim that "the British love me for all I have done for them" which you are strangely unable to verify in any way, the claim to have been a scientist is a product of your own fertile imagination. Perhaps the closest you came to science was getting the right mixture of salt and vinegar on the fish and chips you served.

Besides ... they all say they live in TC-owned homes or built on TC-land ...

If they were decent honest people they probably wouldn't be living in an illegally occupied area anyway ....

They say sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. I would say that it was easily pipped by the attempt to create an association between an adjective and a person simply because it rhymes with their name. Smacks of desperation, in fact.
What rhymes with Stella? Smeller?

Speaking as an amatuer, I would have thought that we had a testable hypothesis here. Why, then, do you pronounce judgment without in fact first testing it?

Find me a post on the forum which says "Yes I live in a GC-owned property in the occupied area" .... because I have never seen such an admission.

So far all have claimed to live in pre- 1974 TC-owned land/houses.

There is a logical error in your thinking. You are reasoning from the premise:

ALL FOREIGNERS WHO PARTICIPATE ON THIS FORUM AND WHO LIVE IN THE OCCUPIED AREAS CLAIM TO BE LIVING IN TC-OWNED PROPERTY

and the common sense assertion:

SOME FOREIGNERS WHO LIVE IN THE OCCUPIED AREAS LIVE IN GC-OWNED PROPERTY

and conclude

ANY FOREIGNER WHO PARTICPATES ON THIS FORUM AND LIVES IN THE OCCUPIED AREAS MAY BE LYING IF THEY CLAIM TO BE LIVING IN TC OWNED PROPERTY

This reasoning produces an acceptable generalisation, but proves nothing when applied to one particular instance. The attempt to do so involves deductive reasoning. You argue that this person may lying without first devising a testable hypothesis to determine whether or not they are lying, and so assume that they are in fact lying. Whereas, under the inductive reasoning that underlies scientific methodology, we start with individual cases and produce testable hypotheses in an attempt to prove or disprove them. Here the hypothesis is:

TESS LIVES IN TC OWNED PROPERTY

To argue, based on the apriori assumption that some foreigners may be lying when they claim to be living in TC owned property, that we may as well assume this to be the case here, is false. The above hypothesis is simply testable - records exist at the RoC Land Registry Office.

I don't know who first spotted it, but your logic and reasoning is not that of somebody who has been instilled with the intellectual rigour of the Western positivist scientific tradition, but hats off to them. You expose yourself as a fraud in claiming to have been a scientist by the very way you reason. There is no point wasting any more time with you.
