An Australian who is unaware of Australia's territory and geography.

Australian islands are not silly.

i know about christmas island paphitis, i didnt know about the flag, australia has over 8000 islands in its territory, are you aware of all of them that have flags and what their flags are??? if so, hats off to ya!!

Christmas Island and Cocos Island are significant. I would expect children from primary school to know them. Probably expecting too much from a Turk though! :)

We don't have Bears in Australia accept for Koala Bears that is. They are cute, but no, I am not sexually attracted to them! :)

And I am a Cypriot too! I like footy, rosides, beer, zivania, tavli, diblokambina, tsatista, arguing over politics and parking on footpaths! :)

I forgot to mention souvla! :P

in the uk the union jack is the main flag, but different countries within like england, wales, ireland and scotland have their own flags . maybe this could be the option. one main flag, along with different regional flags to keep everyone happy.

The scientific name of the Koala's genus, Phascolarctos, is derived from Greek phaskolos "pouch" and arktos "bear". Its species name, cinereus, is Latin and means "ash-coloured".

Though often called the "koala bear," this cuddly animal is not a bear at all; it is a marsupial, or pouched mammal. After birth, a female carries a single baby in its pouch for about six months. When the infant emerges, it rides on its mother's back or clings to her belly, accompanying her everywhere until it is about a year old.

If you have any children Paphitis, please also let them know that koala's arent bears as other children may make fun of them.
