Buyin a harley in cyprus

Postby kelly mason » Wed Sep 03, 2008 11:57 am

Hi all is there any one who can tell me if i can buy a Harley-Davidson in paphos. We dont want a new one. A pre-owned one will be good. Also do you no the prices of them? we are moving to paphos in a couple of months and have to sell our Harley over here as it is not that cheap to ship it over Many thanks kelly x

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I would of thought it would be cheaper shipping from the UK rather than buying in Cyprus. Exchange rates are dire and Harleys are not a common sight in Cyprus.

I would disagree, I think there are probably a lot more Harleys per head than in the UK.

Give these people a ring and ask to speak to Chris. He will advise you better than anyone else I can think of. I've had excellent service off them. (With my Ducati I must add, Harleys are the work of the devil as far as I'm concerned!).

There's also Marios in Paphos, if you prefer the custom ones:

I bought mine from here Last January and very happy with both price and service. The Harley Owners Group is a good laugh as well. Did a few rides around the island with them...great fun.

Do yourself a favour get rid of the Harley and dont even think about driving it to Cyprus youl never make it there not known for there reliability you might make Dover , get a decent machine shaft driven like my BMW 1200 RS 30000 MILES never let me down will get you to Cyprus three times quicker than a HARDLEY and in comfort much better riding position, cruisers are for poseing not riding ok to ride from Peyia to Pafos harbour if you get there without breaking down. take no notice of Z4 hes another poser who drives a sports car by the look of it and probs has a HARDLEY in his garage for sunny Sundays
Ride bikes dont just polish them.
