Not really. My assumption however is that Cypriots do not really care in any politicaly significant numbers about building a new Cyprus but rather in trying to solve the problems of their respective communites. I think this is sad myself. I think we could with the right vision and leadership and will and enthusiam build something here in Cyprus that is the envy of the world and a inspiration to it - but then I am a bit of a dreamer. Instead we seem more concerend with trying to get back what (we percive) was stolen from us in the past.

The main problem was as time went by, members got less and less interested. I feel like most Cypriots don't care to be involved in such events. Especially the young generation cares more about going around in daddy's car, getting drunk and so on. It's sad but it's true. I remember how hard it was to get people join to our events.
Yep depressing really. Apathy would rule if anyone could get of their asses

Not really
The gap between what is in my head and what is solidified inbto words is vast
However here is a link to something a wrote well over a year ago and well before I started to participate in these forums on this kind of theme. It is vague and fuzzy and very very incomplete but I guess it's (currently) the closest 'textual' version of stuff that runs around inside my head
