so you call this peace while the sky is illuminated with the picasso  ...some peace...

In the event of peace on the Island, isn't it likely that it will be removed? Just like most of the Soldiers? At least this rally will show the Goverments what the people want.

Surely you realise now Tess that many of the people on this forum would prefer to puff out their chests and spout hatred than to actually get off their backsides and do something constructive?

and which way exactly is your post constructive?

useless meetings with a couple of hundred people under the illuminance of the picasso is not what exactly what I would call a peace demonstration...rather I would call it a pissing in the wind demonstration...

You want something constructive/meaningfull...demonstrate for the removal of the damn eyesore...ffs...

But you see effendi came out with the candle...quick of the mark wouldn't you say...the man that is campaigning for peace, knows exactly what I am talking about but turns a blind eye and says, we will rerward you accordingly depending on how you behave...

Thanks but no fucking thanks...

Carrying on sitting on your backside then and fail without trying.

How is posting hatred on here constructive? Do you think anyone cares what is posted here?

We have no nationalists GCs here. We have patriots and traitors. Something like the patriots and the loyalists in the American civil war. Our loyalists are those that want the Turks to keep north Cyprus!! In which group you belong?

Somebody push me to read this thread....so I've been forced to read 8 pages of crap.

The best things that were said came from Humanist and boomerang.

I wonder what the hell few candles will help to the whole situation. We sacrifice human lives to help the Turks realize what they are doing and try to help the "presidents" come up with a solution. What those lives helped? To increase the dead people who gave their lives for Cyprus. Dis we came to any solution. Not as far as I know. I hope nobody will decide to burn the whole city with those candles. And by the way ... those people could give the money for all the candles to the poor.

Someone spoke about constructive things. I wonder light the candles will be constructive? In what way? Our "leaders" dont know that we want a solution? Then why the hell they are eating and drinking all the time....I am sorry, I meant talking and trying to find a solution?

Is it because we will show them that we can live together? We already prove that....in every single thread around here TC argue with the GC and the opposite. In every occasion people attack the other side ...take for example the Pyla issue.

I read so many b*t in this thread...but if you ask me .... the big prize goes to Nil...and I thought she had brain. 8)

Well thats all i had to say...and remember....dont burn the city guys OK?

And what the hell do they mean with "peace" anyways? I mean we have a war because Turkey occupies our island. Do they mean peace like "Turkey stops occupying Cyprus - peace" or "We give to the Turks north Cyprus - peace"???

tess you would have to be the most unethical hypocritical being I have come accross. You have shown no ability to remain neutral, you have supported turks in killing our relatives with your sad excuses that they have lost too and yes they have. You support an illegal regime that occupies another nations lands, violates hundreds of peoples human rights and you are going to hold a candle in name of peace? Get a life. And you are soio needy you want the approval of Turks thewrefore you by into their hypocritical propaganda. You want peace for Cypriot people pack your bags and either move to the free areas or back to Irelands. That would be making a statement for p[eace
