Do you have buyers in the E.U. who are interested in buying your oranges?
What do you mean accross GC?
I mean via RoC.
Of course! They are delicious!
Who are delicious, the buyers or the oranges?
I ask you if you have potential buyers?
Kifeas,
Oranges are delicious and my family has been doing citrus export more than 40 years. They havent bankrupted despite the diffuculties in all those years. So you can imagine if they have problems in finding potential buyers or not. Nowadays, they are doing export via Turkey. Having another option using green line via Cyprus will obviously increase our opportunities. To do that,
First of all, GC authorities should let the oranges pass without creating buorecratic problems.
Secondly, they need to find some "brave" GC business men who will dare to buy TC product.
Both of these problems are very difficult to solve. That's why we want direct trade instead of being dependent on GC. It does not have anything with politics.
