'NORTH CYPRUS EXISTS RALLY'

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Main_Source » Mon May 16, 2005 5:52 pm

With that portion of my post you quoted, I am TOTALLY clear.

and yes, although the UK is a democratic country, having this march go through a heavily Cypriot populated area will only cause funny or ill feelings between the GC and TC who have lived as one.

Why not my name is not your concern and I could ask you the same question.

Further more I do not think you are clear on what you have stated, if you were you would note that the Rally organisers have clearly stated that they are not of any Political or Religious organisation and they are not affiliated with any party or country.

They are highlighting an issue that is being faced by TCs. The venue of the location has a wealth of population from many regions of the world not just GCs live on the route. There are people from all over the world within those regions.

Also if you feel the TCs and the GCs live as one then you must be living in another world, unfortunately there is no such unity in London. If you feel there is then there must be an air of disillusion surrounding you.

It's a bit contradictive saying the match does not have any political meaning, when it's aon a right wing site such as ATCAnews.org

Also, cut the crap. Everyone knows Palmers Green to Wood Green is populated by predominantly Cypriots.

Oh yeah, the GC and TC communities have lived in the same parts of London for almost half a century with no trouble and DO get on, work and socialise with eachother.

Sounds like this so called negotiator has some kind of link to ATCA.

Please do throw accusations at me with no facts.

Yes there has been no riots, etc between GCs and TCs in London.

But please do not tell me all is peaceful. Unfortunately it is always I am a TCs and you are a GCs, it has never been we are Cypriots. TCs are always made to feel inferior and dare we discuss the issues of Cyprus, cos all hell may break loose it we do.

But it is ok for the GCs to constantly condemn the TCs and have children and people parading with T shirts of Cyprus on them and the North Area dripping with Blood. That is ok and we have always got along haven't we!

Yes we have because the TCs have not spoken up in order to keep the peace and try to let bygone be bygones.

Now that a PEACEFUL protest by a non political organisation trying to help the TCs have a right to free trade to allow them to prosper is being condemned and being threaten with sabotage. Well I am sorry tough get over it! It is fair and a just demonstration if you or anyone else cannot see that then I am sorry.

I only spent 20 minutes quickly browsing the site but "acta" appears to not mention any unification desires - am i wrong ?

Do the images of dead people really help people look forward ?
