Funny story; Boris Johnson (now Lord Mayor of London) was flying, BA, to India. He was approached by the Stewardess and was asked to move from his seat - 'Ah an upgrade to First Class' he thought; only to discover, when they moved him, back to row 32(!), it was because it is BA's policy not to let adult Males sit next to children. They really should have consulted their Flight List - the two boys sitting with him were his sons! I trust those involved were suitably embarrassed.

Yes he should be tracked and his neighbourhood should be informed IMO, but in terms of punishment by Law ... he has already served!
Perhaps on-going therapy might be more appropriate / necessary!
