No I did not request the deletions and it would be out of character for me to do so ..... My last reply to you was particularly witty and I was looking forward to your sober response today .....

But you did start with an unprovoked generally anti-female abuse which on reflection deserved a deletion ....

Seriously, the deletions are to your advantage as you were generally abusive to women, and my replies just tried to get to the bottom of the reason for such a remark ....

People seem to be assuming that bad behaveuor by Brits abroad is restricted to booze ridden holidaymakers.
I've seen many examples of embarassing conduct in the ex-pat community since unrestricted entry following Cyprus's entry into the EEC.
