That was where it appeared.
I'm amazed you seem so concerned as someone totally unconnected (as you claim)

Quite frankly my dear, the thing which I find most amazing about the entire episode, is the readiness of a man to expose his family to such traumas when a little civility would have avoided it.
If you throw enough mud, some will be sure to stick, is a poor substitute for facing one's shortcomings, the gentleman in question here is so obviously in the wrong he has rendered himself quite ridiculous, except in the eyes of those who will soon desert him when the truth of all matters is revealed.

IMHO (well I'll be dogged !).

I'm sure he felt like being civil when his head was being kicked in by those thugs that even the Cypriot authorities accept are being charged with assault.
Your warped views are very strange indeed. I suspect you are closer to the thugs than you admit.

I assure you I am in no way connected to any of the thugs you suggest.
My "Warped Views" as you wish to call them, are based entirely on what I have read of the case, it's areas of contention and particularly on the awful affront of the gentleman who produced such an ignorant insult to a professional man's Father. (Blog 6 part 3) "Lyingbuilder.com".
In my opinion, THAT outburst revealed the true nature of our friend and I am convinced he will live to regret it. IMHO (well I'll be dogged !)

Well if you think that insulting someone is worse than being beaten up by them TWICE and being seriously injured and hospitalised then it is easy to see why no one is particularly moved by your opinions.

Having dealt with both this 'professional' man and his father and having been cost some CYP£120k by them myself I can assure you that I have many insults to throw at them.

Whereas I can sympathize with you in connection with your financial loss my dear, I cannot believe that you would offer such insult as has been broadcast by our friend, perish the thought, you are far too refined for such affrontery, regardless of your attempts to portray yourself otherwise.

I see that the local camping equipment establishments are doing a roaring trade, I think there was an advertisement for such on the same page.
One things for sure, anyone camping out in St James's Square, won't be needing a water bottle, it's pissing down !!.  IMHO (well I'll be dogged !)

Has he really gone through with doing that

I've been scouring the papers here in the UK to find any snippets that might indicate whether he is or not; even asked my learned friends (some in journalism  ) ... but no one is aware of any such procedure by such a man ...

Seems like no one cares for his adverts on this ineptitude IMHO ... Still it makes great dinner conversation when I mention the poor chap's "misfortunes" ... according to his information displayed in his countless web-pages

Are my English friends reckless for ignoring him, and carrying on with their retirement plans in Cyprus regardless? .... No! They love Cyprus, they do! :D ... but they have "O" levels and stuff  ... so they'll be OK ... IMHO.

Consul General Evangelos Savva said staff at the commission had sent messages to their government about Mr O’Dwyer’s protest and that criminal proceedings had been initiated against the men who assaulted him.

I do believe that the gentleman in question HAS been spotted in his tent, however, it would appear that he is wont to vacate the premises at the first sign of inclement weather and is becoming something of a nuisance to the local residents.
Gordon Brown himself has been advised of this chaps antics and has assured the new "Lord Mayor" that such conduct will not be tolerated for much longer.
It would appear that the entire area must undergo certain clean-up operations in anticipation of the next Olympic Games.
A large hoarding has been made ready and will be erected around the offending tent should this fiasco continue into the Olympic period.
Local reporters have taken tea in "Billy Cans" with the offending protester and have been dismayed at the prices he is charging.
A large "Hippie" gathering has rallied support, spliffs are freely available and there are reports of "Love-Ins" in some of the tents that surround St James's Square.
Her Majesty is NOT amused, she fears that such a spectacle may frighten her horses.
More information will be forthcoming as and when it is received throughout the night. IMHO. (well I'll be dogged !).

Latest:- It would appear that the idea of the "Hoarding" originated in China where such practices of concealment were quite successfully used in the Olympic City.
