The worse I had ever seen, here in Barcelona (not for the disturb but for the meaning of it) was a bunch of brits in the subway carring with them a supermarket trolley full of beer cans. I just cannot believe that they had stolen it (The trolley I mean) and enter with it in the subway without being arrested or something. No need to say that they spent the full trip singing and shouting and making afwul comments about all the womans they saw....

Whilst I in no way condone loutish behaviour, if that is the worst you have ever seen you need to open your eyes and take a look around you.

As I say in my message it's not the worst in absolute terms but for its meaning, I mean, its somehow "normal that drunken hooligans broke things pee anywhere and so far and so on , but you have to be so stupid or a big vandal to stole a trolley from a supermarket and cross a big city in the subway risking yourself to a fine or/and an arrest WHEN YOU ARE STILL SOBER !!!! Maybe I han not explained it clearly in my first post

Stop them from traveling abroad?

Arrest and imprison them?

Tag them - (but this would have to be only after an offence otherwise innocents would be affected too!)

Does the colour of their money mean more to other countries' economy despite this wanton drunken vandalism?

I am at a loss for such a world wide solution, but I hope it is resolved and FAST!

Perhaps the travel agencies should act as guarantors for their behaiviour, and have an internationally recognised 'Black Book' and/or passports stamped as 'SOTS'.

I would say it is their problem. They cant just dump the sots and enjoy their takings.

They are by no means representative of the British people who are civilized caring and extremely polite and well behaved. So here you have it !! Black lists do exist, only thing is that travel companies in the UK cannot share them as it would constitute a breach of human rights(a load of complete bollox i know), I have clients that have caused problems in the past and I decline any further business from them.
