Oh Jan, what have you done? Giving up all your independence? oh well if you have a marriage like mine you keep it!!!!

You have already had the practice of the marriage tag so hopefully you have now got it perfected like me.

Gosh how time has flown and so much has happened since we met in London. Mind you it still seems as cold as when i was there, what have you done to your summer?

My children are coming over for some warmth, well one is and the other will be over october. They are frozen and miserable. Never mind hopefully when they retire they will do as we have done and retire out here in the sun shine island.

Are you planning a wedding and honeymoon out here may i ask? If so remember me on the list please. I would love to meet up with you again.

It's still only early days, way too early to even think beyond the next meeting but it certainly feels good.
Am coming out on September 16th to see if I can get all my problems sorted out together with getting my house sorted to rent out to a lovely family from October. It won't be a restful holiday that's for sure.
Have got a tenant (or not) who is now approaching 3 months in arrears and I don't even know if he is still in the property, let alone know what state it's in. I'm rather hoping he's just done a bunk without messing the place up rather than still being there and me having to evict him, which I would probably do on the wrong side of the law than to rely on the right side. Hopefully he works so I will just go in during the day, pack his stuff and leave it outside the door and change the locks, then barricade myself in.
