Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti'nin kuruluş yıldönümü olan 16 Ağustos'ta, panoya dönüştürdüğü evinin duvarına Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti, Türkiye, İngiltere, Yunanistan, Birleşmiş Milletler, Avrupa Birliği ve İngiliz Milletler Topluluğu (The Commonwealth) bayraklarını asan Kamil Hür, bu yıl da aynı kutlamayı gerçekleştirdi.

He is celebrating independence day of ROC every year .which is 16 August. he hunged ROC flag ,Turkey ,Greece ,Uk .EU flags .
Hür, bu sene duvara astığı bayraklara The Commonwealth bayrağını da ekledi. Söz konusu bayrak, geçmişte Britanya İmparatorluğu'nun parçası olan devletlerin oluşturduğu uluslararası bir koalisyonu temsil ediyor.

Mr Hür said this year he added The Commonwealth flag as well.this flag represent the British empire and his international coalation .

Hür used to get arrested from his action .This year he didn't get arrested .Mr Hür said .

Statement from polis said there is no questioning for Hür .
Dün dördüncü kez Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti'nin kuruluş yıldönümünü kutlayan Hür, Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti'nin, üç garantör ülkenin yetkilerini kötüye kullanmaları yüzünden çöktüğünü savunuyor.

Hür is doing this action fourth time this year .He also said 3 guarantors used they are power very badly and thats why we are having all these things today .

he said his celebration will take only one day .

Kamil Hür, Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti'nden başka bir halkı kabul etmediğini ifade ederek, "Yeni anlaşma olursa yeniden taraflardan biri ENOSİS'e gidecek" iddiasında bulundu.

Hür said he never excepts any people than ROC .İf there is a new agreement one of the sides will go for Enosis again .

beside the flags Mr Hür also he hung this pancart saying :
"Ben Kamil Hür. Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti 1960 Zürih ve Londra anlaşmalarından fazla veya eksik hak istemiyorum, ya sen Christo.

Me kamil Hür ,
İ just want my rights from ROC 1960 zurich and London agreements nothing less or much from it .How about you Christo ?

Yalnız Kıbrıslılar Kıbrıs için karar vermelidir.

Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti'ni tanıyan ülkeler uluslararası anlaşmalara uymayan bir tarafı tek yanlı tanımanın dünya barışı için bir tehlike olduğunu bilmiyorlar mı?

Those countries who are recongnised only one side doesn't know that it is very bad for world peace .

Kıbrıs'ta uluslararası Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti'ni garanti eden üç garantör, Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti'ni kurduktan sonra iki taraf masaya oturur ve ne anlaşırlarsa, iki taraf da halkına referandumu sunar.

garantors of the ROC after the agreement both sides will go to referandom

Cypriots , dont worry about garantor powers when these garantor powers pays the damage they gave the Cyriots after paying for it they will not want garantor rights again .

i hope i trasnslated right .i bet some one will do it better for us .

As far as i know he is doing this protest since 16 august 2005 and he didn't locked in . he gets arrested and after gets out .

to carry or hung ROC flag in TRNC is illegal .properly the reasone he was getting arrested .

he is always freely walks in the streets no one bothers about him .

what is confusing me Mr Kamil Hür hungs his flag at rigth date but ROC celebrates it at 1'st october . He also protests that day as well .

The case against a Turkish Cypriot man, Kamil Hur, who hung a Republic of Cyprus (ROC) flag outside his home in August 2005, was dropped. Contrary to his 2005 statements to the press, Hur did not sue the police.

I think the official police argument has always been that they were detaining this individual and removing the flags for his own protection. I don't think he has ever been charged with an offence.
