the best diet is having an accident and being under a drip for 2 months... i lost 30Kg like that

That would work but I think I am going to pass. Besides I want to lose 2-3 kilos and not 30!

Do some gym work or exercise Sotos, it always helps me

I do, but there is some fat that covers my lower abs that doesn't want to go away :(

Sotos, drink lots of water and eat eggs or fish as your main protein source.

Phelps, the Olympic multi-champion, eats loads of eggs per day .... he has a fantastic body (ignore the small head and big ears .... nothing can be done about that)....

Phelps is professional athlete. His job is to train day and night and burn all those calories he consumes. I heard he takes 12000 calories every day!! Eggs have a lot of cholesterol so I eat only egg whites.

I have gone through this before. That is old-fashioned thinking. Eggs have great cholesterol-lowering capabilities because they contain lecithin.

They lower cholesterol ... not increase it. Eat the whole egg darn it!

The whole egg is 63% Fat and one third of that is saturated! I don't know if it has somehting that lowers cholesterol in it but for sure it has a lot of cholesterol. So why eat all that cholesterol and then hope it will be lowered by something else on the egg? Better not to eat it and eat just the white which is just 3% fat and has no cholesterol !

Sotos ... cholesterol is absolutely essential for healthy cell membranes (you'll become senile, at least, very quickly without it). Your body makes cholesterol and if you get it in your diet, it stops making it (except for a very few people that have a Genetic defect which prevents that ... due to them, the rest of us are having to suffer with the myth that cholesterol is bad).

The fats in egg are of the good variety which overall actually lower the levels of bad fats in your blood.
