I'm interested to buy a detached house (approx. 180 - 230 sqm) around Nicosia (Strovolos, Dhali, Tseri etc.) Plot size should be approx. 300-600 sqm, 3-4 Bedrooms, car parking and in a normal good condition. A/C and central heating prefered but not a must.
The property must be in a quit area!
