Eurocypria, CON?

Postby islandman » Sat Aug 16, 2008 1:33 pm

I recently returned from Cyprus after getting married in Limassol, my new Bride & I flew from Larnaca & decided to treat ourselves & pay for 'Extra Leg Room' at a cost of 76euros, upon boarding however, we were placed in normal seating, and not even together, when we asked the Chief Steward about this, he said that check-in had made a mistake & that it was too late to change, however when we arrived back at Humberside Airport we would get a refund from the Eurocypria desk, only to find that one did'nt exsist, we have since sent 8 emails to EC in larnaca, but to no avail, not even the courtesy of a reply, we have phoned on several occasions, & got no reply, is this a Eurocypria scam? Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks, Dave n' New Missus, Sarah. (it's not the principal...it's the money!!)

When did you call? Maybe some of their offices are closed these days because of the holidays. Call from Monday and they should answer.

Point to note, cypriot companies rare use emails or reply to them. You need to call.

Infact they may not even be able to spell e-m-a-i-l

Would it not have been obvious where you were going to be placed by the seat numbers on your Boarding passes :?
