its used as both. when in capitals its translated as Republic and when in low case its translated democracy.

You have to register (for free though).Also when registering you have to indicate Greek as your mother language.
Also the online translator translates only small parts.For the previous article I had to enter it in 6 segments

Turkish is very difficult to translate.It consists of small words on which suffices are added.Sometimes you dont know if the suffices are of a verb, or a noun, as they come up to exactly the same word.
Another major difficulty is that many words have a lot of totally unrelated meanings.And sometimes they may mean 2 exactly opposite things.
You need a lot of imagination to understand Turkish
PS. I found a translator in the past that translates single sentenses of Turkish.Most of the times it does not start though.If you are interested PM me and I will try find the link for you

The reason I said you have to register Greek as your mother tongue is because I think the main server does not offer Greek Translations.So it redirects you somewhere to a Greek server.
