I am going to be in Cyprus from august for a few months and the villa has no internet connection or phone line and I was wondering if any of you know if cyprus has any of the mobile modem/dongles that go straight onto your laptop and if they are easy to install.
I will be lost if I cannot go on msn. I know I will have my mobile but i would rather my laptop.

Just get a dongle from the UK if thats where your coming from? Vodafone and 3G are doing them for £10 per month

They do them if you go to a CYTA-Vodafone shop because I asked about them a few months ago, but I don't know prices as the nice man decided I should have a line and Broadband

If you take your laptop in, they'll probably sort it all out for you as they love playing with gadgets ... anyone's!
