I dont know what type of a degree you have got but I'm certain if degrees were available for common sense you would more than likely not receive one.

That's right Milty, none are putting war as a FIRST/ONLY OPTION and nor did GR! Nor any other forumer! ..... But war is a LAST OPTION .... And as a good scientist one has to consider outcomes from all options.

Actually Milt, the ROC has been building up a formidable National Guard to defend itself so the possibility of war has been on the govts mind as well..
