Opening a Pandora’s box over property

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Viewpoint, Do you know that the amount of Greek Cypriot properties in the north in terms of area (square meters) is 3.7 times more than the area of TC properties iin the south?
Do you know that in terms of real estate value the value of Greek Cypriot properties in the north is 9 times more than the value of TC properties iin the south, with current market prices?

If you do not know it then learn it now!

The TC side has never disputed these figures of the RoC land registry during the 30 years of negotiations, at least as far as area (number of donums is concerned.) Nor did the U.N.

What's your occupation Kifeas? I'm just curious.

Since you already asked me several times metecyp,
By education I have a Hotel and Tourism administration degree from the U.S. and an M.B.A. I am a financial analyst (consultant) and I also have a small tourist business in Pafos.

I loved this line. From now on I will come here and write whatever I want and when asked about the source say

Some things can not be told.

I give you two definitions then. You pick the one you would like to be categorized as.

Hearsay: talk or opinion widely disseminated with no discernible source
Propaganda: the spreading of ideas, information, or rumor for the purpose of helping or injuring an institution, a cause, or a person.

Example:
Turkcyp: I know that for a fact T.Pap. had actually involved in killing of innocent Turks.
Kifeas: What is your source?
Turkcyp: Some things can not be told.

LOL.

Turkcyp,
Stop the nonsense!

There is a huge research by the RoC land registry, the ministry of finance and a RoC police unit for this problem of GC properties in the north. I participate in this research as well since I come from the north and I am a concerned party, having property there as well. They collect information constantly from visits in the areas, photos and yes Satellite images are used too. You can buy such images from foreign companies. They are even sold through the Internet. Does this surprise you? You do not anticipate or expect the GC side to monitor and study the whole issue? What is the so funny or unusual?

That's fine even if it is a fact. Return properties from the north and the RoC will be more than happy to return your properties in the south. end of discussion there ;)

Iinteresting use of the word "fair" in the case of properties...

Regardless. This is where reimbursement comes in.
