What would the grounds be Alexandros? Conspiracy to commit ethnic cleansing perhaps? Plus I don't think Soyer would be able to do so, since cases at the International Criminal Court (I'm not aware of a standing IWCT) can only be initiated either by a signatory state to the Rome Statute, by the ICC itself or by the UN Security Council.
Sounds like more bluster to me.
Well, Turkey could raise a case on behalf of the TCs ...
And then of course the RoC would raise a case against Bulent Ecevit
Of course such a thing presumes that Turkey accepts the jurisdiction of such a court, something that unfortunately is not the case for the time being.
