I am no expert, maybe Pan may advise, but I believe the Russians seem to have pushed prices up in Limassol. There seems to be no limit on their spending spree.
I also notice Israeli's now entering the market in a big way, (maybe Maynard is on the right track) infiltration is iminent.

There are also jobs in Limassol Purdey which helps alot. What are price's like in Nicosia?
