Brutal House Price Crash in England

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

"I think i will buy a yacht... no price hikes... just a steady and slow depreciation... will live in Limassol Marina"

Ray,

You might have to buy two yachts, you will need a backup one for when the main residence is in drydock. Seriously though, a yacht offers so much more than a house! I have thought of it many times!

Thats a joke! Not much over development going on???? What planet are you on?? Cyprus is going the same way as Spain! The developers are ruining the beautiful island of Cyprus! There are tons of empty properties and they are still building!!! Open your eyes!

Economists have said the house prices in the UK will continue to fall for the rest of the year and then rise again by 30% over the next 3 years. :-)

Completely agree with you Bubble!!
As my nickname says I'm Spanish and when I was in Cyprus last may I thought that wha'ts happening to your beautiful island is even WORSE that what happens in Spain. I had not been in Cyprus for the last 4 years and when i get back seems that the only think i can see is developments and more developments even in the very seaside, (at least here in Spain is forbidden to build that near of the beach) I'm deeply sad to see that the country I love as much as my own follows our terrible path.
About the crash I only can say that since you have started your "building fenesi" later than us the Spaniards it will take time for your bubble to burst , but be sure it will (and it will make me even more sad)
