I vote yes, because they could still come back as someone else anyway. Also things decided in a heated moment should be allowed to be re-considered.

supposed to be but people still steal other peoples work and try sell it when the program is free in the first place or try make money by offering warez for money, ppl desperate and will do anything for a quick Euro

Iceman, you still havent figured me out!! it is a stupid poll and its not meant to be taken seriously. Im taking the piss out of all the polls conducted on this forum as well as having a dig at GR. The more people we have on this forum the better.
