2) More visuals (i.e pictures)
3) What about a buysell/Ebay page type thing allowing members to trade with other members
4) New page layout, the current one needs updating come on!
5) Admin, show your face. What about an interaction page with Admin.

Uploading your own avatar yes, very good, as the current one's are dull and very boring. Banning IP's yep I'm for that.

Advertising on the forum is very lame too!

i have about 20Gb traffic a month and i dont even advertise... i have some googleads running but they dont do any income at all. I let people attach files, images etc... its all resides on my server.
technically i could pull 10 forums like cyprus-forum.com on my server... i dont even charge my clients for hosting

What is that forum Ray? I remember a Russian forum which was much older and had a lot more members and posts and it was linked from russiancyprus.net but now it is gone from there and after some search I found it on another domain at http://russiancyprus.info/ . So what happened???
