1 and half pint at £6.00
4 shots vodca @ £12.00
2 red bulls small £ 6.00
Total £24 quid !!

Incidentally here are the bar prices charged at the , used to be called the Conrad Hotel , at Chelsea Harbour.
Shots £6.00 each , £9.00 with tonic , ginger etc !!
Beers £6.00 a 33cl bottle , mineral water 33cl £4.50

You are absolutely right , starting of course with Gatwick airport filled with , just as Heathrow is, overpriced shops prying on the impulse buyer , offering goods way above high street prices , exchange con shops , a burger and chops for £9.99 , and Pissouri , relaxed atmosphere , sunshine , swimming in clear blue seas having a great time .No comparison mate , as a matter of fact the Chelsea Harbour Hotel , now called The Windham , happens to be one of my favourite UK hotels , only because it overlooks Chelsea harbour with all the boats that so remind me of Cyprus.

£28 for 4 small beers in The Ritz, but male guests do get free hire of a (mandatory) tie if they come without one!
