THE REJECTIONISTS ARE WORRIED STIFF

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

THE REJECTIONISTS ARE WORRIED STIFF

Postby Bananiot » Tue Aug 05, 2008 2:44 pm

Michalis Ignatiou, "Phileleftheros" and "Ethnos" (mainland Greek newspaper which produced documents that Klerides was a German spy not so long ago) made fools of themselves once again last sunday. Ignatiou thought he unurthed evidence that the USA spent millions to get the Annan Plan through.

Later, it came to our attention that those funds Ignatiou referred to were part of the United Nations aid to Cyprus NGO's and that Papadopoulos's wife Photini got the lion's share! Furthermore, the "deal" was done in 1997, much before the dreaded plan was concieved.

Immediately after the "revelation" Perdikis of the Greens and Karoyian of DIKO jumped on the wagon explaining that they had no doubt that big money was pocketed by the yes platform.

Obviously, our rejectionists are losing sleep over the prospects of a solution. I read that Denktash is not doing much better on the other side. They have so much in common.

Bananiot, you have a lot in common with Denktash. You both accept partition, segregation of the two communities, racist discrimination and the imposition on the Cypriot people "solutions" that serve the interests of others and not the interests of Cypriots. Don't forget that the confederation kind of "solution" of Annan plan was first proposed by Denktash. Your only disagreement with Denktash is some details and nothing of essence.

On the other hand, the "rejectionists" as you call them, reject the essence of what you and Denktash want.

We reject:

The partition of our island
The surrender of our lands to the Turks via some capitulation agreement.
The discrimination of people based on their ethnic background.
Human rights violations

How do you feel that you are an acceptionist, and like Denktash you accept all of the above?

What the Cypriot people want is very clear: One free democratic Cyprus. The Cypriot people rejected, as they had every right to, any plans to official partition our island and violate even more of our rights.

Who wanted such things were the Turks and indeed the AngloAmericans. So it is clear who funded the "yes" campaign: Those that had interests from Cyprus's capitulation.

The Annan plan was created not to solve the Cyprus problem, but to solve a major problem in Turkey's EU accession, and was funded by those who want to see Turkey as an EU member the soonest possible.

Bananiot

Ο ΒΗΧΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΑ ΛΕΦΤΑ ΔΕΝ ΚΡΥΒΟΝΤΑΙ!

For the non Greek speakers, coughing and money cannot be kept hidden. And those of us who work in the media in Greece noted that many "parrots" who appeared on TV in those pre referendum days are now visibly better off- you can see it in the cars they drive, the occasional new boat, some have invested in new businesses.

These supposedly "concerned" assholes knew very little of the history of Cyprus and most cared even less, so they would (on live TV) say things like how Afxentiou and Matsis carried out ethnic cleansing of TCs in the 60s. Both men were killed in 1956 by the British. And they would castigate GCs for revering such savages!

Where did the money come from for these people to do nothing all day but support the Annan plan?

Defamation law prevent me from naming these mothers, but if you ever come to Greece Bananiot or when I come to Cyprus I will let you know who these schmucks are.

By the way, I am not losing any sleep over the solution, but I am losing sleep over the prospect of having non Cypriot ministers, members of parliament and even a president. Cosmopolitan though I am the prospect is not at all pleasant.

I love the way Bananiot conducts his propaganda. He states photini got the money when he knows full well that she is President of the Cyprus Red Cross and its the Red Cross that got the funds. Does he say that though? Nope, it would give a human face to his bogeyman. I'm no fan of Tpap as you well know however, CUT THE CRAP BANANIOT.

The money came through CIA and are untraceable. If it was so easy to uncover CIA then the USA would not be the superpower that it is. Cypriots didn't want the Annan plan so who funded the "yes" campaign? The Martians? I don't think so!!

Piratis, if my views are that close to those of Denktash, how come he voted, not like me, but exactly like you did in the referendum? Can you also explain to me why he thanked God the Greek Cypriots rejected the plan?

Nikitas, are you seriously claiming that if you named Simitis in this forum as being at the receiving end of these moneys you would be prosecuted?

DT, of course Photini got the money as the President of the Red Cross, but I am now seriously worried as to why you made an issue of this. You are no big fun of Papadopoulos but I do not remember you standing up and condemning his ambient atmosphere policies which aimed at discrediting thousands of Greek Cypriots who had a different view to this fascist. Yes DT, only a fascist would require from the accused to bring evidence that show they are not guilty. In democratic societies everyone is innocent until proved otherwise. If fact, the only person that got foreign money was Papadopoulos (from an obscure Ukraine-English company to the tune of 50 000 Cyprus pounds) but when asked by a journalist he replied that this had nothing to do with him. Again, I do not remember you complaining about this. So you may not be his greatest fun but when the chips were down you kept quite.

Bananiot, it is such ridiculous "arguments" that you make and then you wonder how come and all those US Dollars didn't manage to win the referendum for you. You can do all the advertising you want, but if the "product" you are trying to sell is so obviously crap, then you will manage to sell it only to idiots.

Why Denktash voted "no" is obvious. Because he was not satisfied with the Turkish side getting the 99% of what they demanded, but he wanted the 100%. What could be more obvious than this Bananiot? You accepted almost all the demands that Denktash ever had, your only difference is that 1%. On the other hand there is a huge gap between what we are willing to accept and what Denktash demands. Isn't this fact crystal clear Bananiot?

You are the ones who accuse and convict Papadopoulos without any evidence. You have personally done so day and night for ages in this forum, and the same was done from some others of your kind on all kinds of media. Now you do it again by spreading lies, and when your lies were pointed out to you by DT. you got upset. And then you call others fascists!! You are the biggest fascist ever. Not only you spread lies but you also want to dissolve democracy in Cyprus and establish a fascist regime that will allow Turkey to control the whole of our island via their minority and their settlers.

Oh yes Piratis, I remember you and the other pavement patriots telling me that I should not ctiticise the democratically elected President. Your democracy has been found wanting Piratis and you are just like the bad wolf now when you rememebr democracy. Simply no one believes you in the same way almost 70% of the electorate did not believe Papadopoulos and sent him home packing. You still have the cheek to bring the infamous ambient atmosphere into it again without a grain of proof that people got american dollars.

Your explanation as to why Denktash opposed the Annan plan reminds me of kindergarden stories. The dreaded deep state of Turkey (with Denktash bang in the middle) were about to bring in the army and overthrow the government had we voted for solution and you just close your eyes to this and sing your tune that they were not satisfied with 99% and that they could rather do with 100%.

This is the biggest absurdity I have heard ever since I joined this forum.

Where did I ever asked from you not to criticize Papadopoulos?? Critisizing is one thing, adopting the Turkish propaganda and trying to harm Cyprus a totally different thing. Do you see me today adopting the Turkish propaganda as a way to harm Christofias?

In the presidential elections people voted for their parties as they always do and all 3 candidates got 1/3rd of the vote. So don't tell me about 70% of electorate not believing Papadopoulos, because the exact same thing can be said for Christofias. Your arguments are indeed childish.

So what I am telling you, that Denktash voted "no" because he wanted even more is an "absurdity"?? So why did he vote no then? Tell us. Because he didn't accept the violation of the human rights of GCs, the segregation, the racist descriminations, and the disproportinal power sharing in favor of TCs, and he wanted a fair solution instead? These are the reasons why we voted "no". Are you seriously trying to convince people that Denktash voted "no" for the same reasons as we did???
