Hi all,

Can anyone reccomend a good letting agent in Larnaca?

I am considering letting out my villa in Pyla.

Also does anyone know what sort of protection you get in Cyprus. Eg. In the UK if a tenant stops paying the rent you can get an eviction notice - is that the same in Cyprus?
