my my, what a disturbing piece of news from paradise.

Paradise is a state of mind and in the minds and hearts of every Cypriot. Your 'anti-Cypriot' propaganda which you have decided to start (let's not go into the reason why) will not take that paradise away from us. Eat your heart out.

Cyprus is Paradise and GG knows it. That is why she spends so much time on CF. GG should cease this Vendetta against Cyprus just because a Cypriot broke her heart and dumped her like a hot potato. The poor lad just did not want to end up in the gutter and fry his brain cells and end up like GG and develop a drug induced psychosis.

For some reason, GG seems to think that a priest shooing a dog from his parents grave (a holy place as he puts it), is more deserving of her efforts to better this world than concentrating on the countless cases of American Priests sexually abusing children, or the state sanctioned murder of inmates or Cruelty to Humans referred to in the other thread. It seems that when your own back yard is such a mess, you will grab anything in someone else's back yard to switch your focus from your very own considerable shortcomings!!

preist abusing children is alot different than priest abusind animals. go start a threas about priest as pedophiles. this thread is about animal abuse coming from a man who should know better.

as for a cypriot dumping me like a hot potato, that is also far from the truth. he is doing what his mamma wants, like any other good cypriot boy, he is not doing what he wants in his heart. and that is very sad indeed.

Mothers, just like Lionesses, will always protect their offspring from harm or undesirables!!

it's not about undesirables. it's about closed-minds.

How so?

Maybe this Lioness did not want to open her mind to her son abusing that green stuff!! You did admit to abusing the substance. Do you find this Lioness irresponsible for looking and shielding her son from harm's way?

you only hear what you want. i haven't smoked pot since my lung surgery 4 years ago. i do support legalization though. and the fact that i quit is a testiment of one of the many great things i have accomplished in my life.
(i admit to have two minor slips since the lung surgery, but no one is perfect, except for maybe you.)
his mother, like many other cypriots, is very closed minded.
why don't you start opening your mind, and that will be one less closed mind.

GG, maybe thats what he wants you to think. Maybe he is just using it as an excuse. Do you really know that??

Its what you percieve, just because he hasn't dropped CY for you, you pick on his mama.

If he REALLY wanted you, he would have you, but maybe he just doesn't!

Sorry to burst your bubble.

As for cruelty to animals, yes it goes on everywhere, CY is no exception, but we are learning, thanks for the interest though.

I agree with pantheman. I think he is playing to your prejudices GG as he thinks that is an excuse you will easily buy, without hurting your feelings too much.

He sounds like a nice boy ... shame you let him get away

It makes any one sad to hear that any person can be cruel to animals and dogs in particular they are so devoted to humans.
I am sure if this would have happen in the US the priest would have ended up in jail but then again in the States the priests get way with raping and harassing yang children. So think of that what can be worst.

tehy don't really get away with it anymore. it just came into the public's eye in the past few years, and is getting alot of press, and they are getting prosecuted. and rightly so.

but agreed, no pet should be treated as such, and by a priest, it's shocking and sad.
