That's a ridiculous consideration :roll:

Eggs actually lower bad cholesterol and even then, it is only a few people in the population with genuine, congenital cholesterol metabolic disorders that have to watch their intake.

Besides a tablespoonful of Olive Oil reverses all bad effects (I am afraid that earns Cyprus an extra point now Bubbles :lol: )

BTW, to reduce bad cholesterol and improve good cholesterol, I suggest drinking wine - it worked for me :)

How can it lower cholestrol when one egg contains over two thirds of the recommended daily amount?
