I hope that you will concede that Mother Turkey with one of the biggest armies in the world is but minutes away - Long lost Mother Greece who couldn't give two hoots about Cyprus is a good deal further, so perhaps GC should have even more???

I'm confused. If "Mother Greece" doesn't give 2 hoots for you, why do you fly her flag everywhere and why is your national anthem the same as hers? What kind of message do you think this sends, particularly to TC's?

A clear, precise and realistic one...Judge them by their actions because we have heard all the BS before.

What makes you think Greece does not give two hoots about Cyprus?

It is a wise mother that knows when to let the fledglings fly ....

(Personally; TCs do not enter into the equation ... they need to bugger off back east!)

I can see why the TC's fly the flag of the only country that came to their rescue 1974, but Greece fucked-off and left you boys standing up to your necks in the shit, having kicked the coup off, when the Turks turned up.
So I really don't know what you think you owe them?

The TRNC flag, like many moslem countries (secular or not) is based on the crescent and star. This has nothing to do with Turkey any more than the Pakistani flag or the Algerian flag do.
BTW the TRNC flag is recognised. It's the TRNC itself that isn't.
